In recent years, with the rapid economic development in Fukang City, the exploitation and utilization of coal entered a new climax, accompanying with the accelerated destruction of ecological environment, surface water, groundwater pollution, land, grassland destruction increasingly serious.To determine the standard of ecological compensation is an effective way of improving the quality of ecological environment, the current coordination of environmental protection and economic development contradiction. At present, the contradiction between economic construction and environmental protection in Fukang City environmental problems have become increasingly prominent, affecting the local economic development, the important issues affecting people’s livelihood and social stability. Therefore, the relationship between sustainable development of processing good ecological environment sustainable, resources in the new period is very important, urgent.
