ERP Operation Evaluation System Research On Jiangsu Yawei

Manufacturing industry occupies one of the most important position in China’s industrial structure, promote industrial enterprises informationization is an important content of the work of modern enterprise management in our country, the national industrial enterprises in the informatization construction of the support, such as the implementation of "Integration of informatization and industrialization" is one of the key work of Ministry of industry and information technology. With the information in the enterprise continues to advance, the generalization and application of ERP based tools as the information industry enterprises is becoming more and more popular, so the evaluation and analysis has become an important means of enterprise informatization investment value realization of ERP application level. Based on this starting point, through to the enterprise information application level related theoretical tool for the use of performance evaluation of the evaluation system design, including the index system and the optimization of information operation evaluation of the improvement of the calculation method of evaluation index and calculation tools, and rich after evaluation of continual improvement of methodology, and finally improve the industrial enterprise informationization level of return on investment.This paper is divided into several parts:First is an introduction about the overall analysis of domestic and international research on ERP operations evaluation.This part also illustrate the various management methods, including the Analytic Hierarchy Process. Then describes the background information of Yawei, especially some problems after Yawei ERP implementation.In order to effectively understand the real situation, we take Social Survey Method to collect situations, which is fed back from senior and middle management,as well as operational level. In the main part of this article, which is about how to set reasonable and applicable ERP evaluation system, how to practice the evaluation of implementation, how to build implementation supporting system. We need to complete ERP operational evaluation system continuously. The the extension of ERP evaluation system is not a theory and writing articles, but specific, instrumental evaluation system on the basis. This system will be more objective and easier. Before, evaluators’ workload mainly exists in numerous figures and statistics, now is transferring to the results analysis, management assessment, and continuing to follow up on.
