Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is emphasis of enterprise information construction. Successful implementation of ERP system affects enterprise's efficiency. However, ERP system implementation bases on ERP selection. ERP system of good and adapting to need of enterprise requirement helps enterprise implement information construction to the maximum.Traditional methods can not satisfy enterprise's requirements with implementation of ERP system. Computational complexity of ERP selection based on ANP is high. The method of ERP system selection based on E-business has not generality. In ERP selection on fuzzy theory, all factors need be fuzzed and it's computation is complex.Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is method of confirming all weights in mutil-objective decision. AHP synthesizes qualitative and quantitative analysis and simulates human thinking process. It is a favorable tool that analyzes mutil-objectives and multi-factors. However, some complicated problems can not be easily solved with general methods after AHP, because either the complicated tasks are unabled to be solved by AHP as they do not satisfy the consistency condition or the estimated matrix is too intricate to solve so that AHP is invalidated. To solve these problems, this paper proposes that enterprise's ERP system selection based on Rough Set and AHP (ESS-RSA). The case of the HuaLiTe Corporation showed that ESS-RSA is simpler and more reliable than traditional AHP.The main distribution of this paper includes:(1) Analyzing main factors, key problems, main work, standards and implementation process that enterprise implements ERP system.(2) Putting forward enterprise's ERP system selection based on Rough Set and AHP (ESS-RSA). Firstly, Attribution that afftected ERP system selection is reducted by Rough Set; Lastly, Weight of reducted ERP system is calculated on Rough Set.(3) Analyzing HuaLiTe Corporation's ERP selection on Rough Set and AHP and giving detailed computation process and conclusion by analyzing data of HuaLiTe Corporation's ERP suppliers.
