Since the reform and opening up, China’s manufacturing industrydevelopment space kept getting bigger, after joining the WTO, the competitionbetween enterprises is on the increase, and increasingly intense. The modernenterprise competition mainly reflects in management mode, adapt to themarket’s ability and business ability, etc. The development of the moderninformation technology to all aspects of the enterprise brought unceasingly toreform, adapted to modern development, it is necessary to reform, and ininformation technology, the most can will enterprise various aspects abilitytogether is ERP, ERP system is more and more perfect, in China alsogradually widely used, but for some enterprise still mean some problems, sothe ERP research is necessary.Based on the the current situation before S company implementing ERPwere analyzed, then by using the analytic hierarchy process to S companyimplementing ERP factor were analyzed. In the analytical process, the overallanalysis of implementing ERP influence factors and the weights, eventually gotthe impression of corresponding factors index,quantification of the ERP inenterprise management terminal results. According to the index weights areanalyzed, developed a high weight factors for the improvement measures andpay more attention to the implementation and improvement measures.Implementation factors model of ERP implementation can the validity ofsupervision, grasp the focus, and realize the strategic goal for the enterprise toprovide security, and finally achieve enterprise organization flat, performancemonitoring dynamic, business process rationalization goal of enterprise, is theenterprise resource configuration optimization, promote the development ofthe company S steady and rapid.
