In the increasingly competitive nowadays, a successful automobile corporation not only has a requirement of good car model, but also need a feasibility marketing management strategy. Good product needs a good promoter, and a feasibility marketing strategy is the tool to deliver products to potential customers. Audi has taken the large portion of market in China, you could see Audi in everywhere, the fancy appearance, powerful engine, frontier technology, and these are the strengths that Audi can differentiate itself from its competitors. Audi customized its marketing management strategy to Chinese culture. This paper researches the Chinese marketing management strategy of Audi Company.After China carried out reform and open policy, Chinese economy has developed in an incredible speed, auto industry is developing faster and faster, as people gain more money, the luxury vehicle takes larger piece of auto market, every single automobile companies wants to take a piece of cake.This paper illustrate the marketing management theory, introduces the environment and future developing tendency of auto industry by using the method of literature and comparison research to analyze the marketing management strategy of Audi Company.Through analysis of marketing environment of Audi, combined with its own technology and brand effect, Audi positions its own marketing accuracy. Audi realized its advantage, threaten, and chance from competitors by taking the SWOT and five forces model analysis. Meanwhile, Audi Company increases its brand image and customers satisfaction.As it turns out, Audi gains a big successful market in China, the author hope that this thesis will enable those local auto companies to acquire a valuable experience on marketing management strategy.
