With the development of modem society, all kinds of organizations have appeared and these organizations have become an integral part of people’s life. In order to adapt to the development of the organization, members of the organization not only need to pay a physical labor, also need to give more emotional "labor" when they are working in their organization, so as to adapt to the organization’s atmosphere, go into the organization, and reflect the culture of the enterprise. It is more obvious especially in the service sector. With the continuous development of positive organizational behavior (POB) and the rise of social capital theory, the study of psychological capital, and social capital is also more and more be favorred by the researchers,also they have been applied into many fields of study.But the exploration about the relationship among social capital psychological capital and emotional labor is almost blank.First of all, this article has defined the concept and dimension of social capital, psychological capital and emotional labor on the basis of previous studies, established the theoretical basis of this paper by means of literature review, based on this, we constructs the theoretical model about the three variable and build the hypothesis about the relationship among social capital, psychological capital and the emotional labor.Secondly, we select service sectors in the tianjin and Jilin province as the research object, We use empirical research methods to verify our theoretical model by using spss17.0 statistical analysis tools. We have analyzed the survey data by the methods of factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis, etc., the results show that:1、The structure dimension of social capital has a significant negative effect on surface acting, has a significant positive effect on deep acting and natural acting. The Relationship trust of relational dimension has a significant positive effect on surface acting, has a significant positive effect on natural acting ;the institution-based trust has a significant positive influence on deep acting and natural acting. The cognitive dimension has a significant positive influence on deep acting and natural acting.2、Psychological capital have a part-moderating effect on the relationships between social capital and psychological capital.Finally, according to the research conclusion of this article,we have put forward some suggestions about enterprise management for service sector by how to exploit and develop the employee’s social capital, how to manage and develop positive individual psychological capital to help the members to make positive emotional strategy choice, so as to reduce the brain drain, improve staff loyalty to the organization, and improve organizational performance,...
