Based on the research on Influencing Factors of organizational performance, recent years psychological capital and social capital was promoted to the beyond the level of human capital to play the irreplaceable role in either directly or indirectly influence level. The author of the article carried out the search in three different types of enterprises which are foreign investment enterprise, state-owned enterprise and joint investment enteiprise in Beijing, to measure the employees’social capital and psychological capital of different types and its impact to organizational performance of 2 categories which are task performance and contextual performance under the Chinese local environment. The research proved the transactional psychological capital has positive influence on task performance, interpersonal psychological capital、bridging social capital has positive influence on contextual performance, also with the increase of perceived organizational support, social capital has more positive effect on the performance of growth. Under the purpose of increasing enterprise profits and employees’ comprehensive performance, the human resource department needs to increase the management investment and enhance employee’s organizational support through different means from the conclusion of the study. The research shall provide a theoretical basis in different stages of institutional measures.
