| Enterprise sales staff have to deal with customer all the time, and therefore the pressure is also very large, and the resulting sales staff’separations is also plagued by a number of organizations, so there is the urgent need to resolve the issue. As the study of psychological capital, emotional labor produced results, domestic scholars also gradually to learn its value. This research take the domestic enterprise sale personnel as the object, discusses the enterprise sale personnel’ job leaving tendency from the psychological capital and the mood aspect, reduces for the organization job leaving behavior so to provide the beneficial reference, and the maximum degree to alleviate sale personnel’draining condition.In this research study based on the previous literature, Using self-revised psychological capital questionnaire, emotional labor questionnaire and separation tendencies questionnaire as the enterprise sales personnel’measurement using statistical software to analysis data and, the results are as follows:1ã€The revised questionnaires have good reliability and validity, and can predict Enterprise sales personnel’s psychological capital,emotional labor and separation.2ã€Enterprise sales staff’s psychological capital,emotional labor and turnover intention in some demographic variables have obvious differences.3ã€Psychological capital and emotional labor and its dimensions have close relationships with turnover intention; Psychological capital and its deep play, natural performance and surface play dimensions have an obvious impact toward separation; Deep acting, natural features and surface acting dimentions work as partial mediating role between the psychological capital and turnover intention. 4ã€The sales staff’s group psychological intervention have the positive function to enhance the level of psychological capital,and the intervention effect is persistent. |
