Research On The Optimization Management Of The Third Party Logistics In Fuzhou Trade Square Markets

Driven by "one belt and one road" strategy and the increasing level of globalization, reducing costs and increasing service of China’s economy will become the focus of business competitions. Meanwhile, "Internet+" has penetrated into all aspects of life, especially in the field of E-commerce. Therefore, there is a rapid development of the logistics in the enterprise’s "third profit source". Warehouse as one of the crucial issues is receiving significantly widespread attention and the traditional warehouse management will be under a new reform. As the Western Coast Economic Zone of Taiwan Straits, and the overlapped zone between the former Central Soviet area and Poyang Lake Economic Zone, Fuzhou’s economy is quite powerful, especially the Xiang-Pu Fast Channel which brings the rapid development of the logistics and new opportunities and challenges to the logistics development in Fuzhou as well.Fuzhou Trade Square as the city’s largest wholesale trading mart with a large amount of material flow, has been required a higher standard of its warehouse system, thus it is necessary and urgent to conduct more scientific, economic, effective warehouse management. In this study, there will be an in-depth research on the following four major aspects.Firstly, the research’s background and issues should be identified. Through reviewing the worldwide literature of warehouse management, combined with China’s economic “new normal” and new force of Fuzhou economic development, we will be able to determine the content, the methodology and operationalization of the research.Secondly, a research on the related theories: by elaborating the concept and related theories of warehouse management, this study will provide a solid theoretical foundation.In addition, by using grounded theory to employ a field study on the fundamental situation of Fuzhou Trade Square’s warehouse management, I will be able to understand crucial problems in the structure of the warehouse management system and the new demand of warehouse management under the new situation.On this basis, there will be an optimization project of the Trade Square warehouse management. A fully optimization of the warehouse layout, facilities, information management, staffing, warehousing and management level will be carried out in order to design a feasible and scientific warehouse management system and solutions for the development of Fuzhou Trade Square.Finally, there will be a Expected performance and supporting measures of the optimization project. Supporting measures will facilitate the optimization of the warehouse layout, the reasonable control of the inventory, the formulation of the incentive management system, staff training, etc., so as to evaluate the effectiveness of the warehouse management optimization program of the Fuzhou Trade Square.
