Study On Construction Of Rural Service Terminal For Cigarette Sales In Yueyang Based On The 5GAP Model

Optimization of the sales terminal services, can enhance the competitiveness of tobacco commercial enterprise in the market, and can make the cigarette retail terminal play its role of “extending service and controlling market” more actively in front. Rural market is the area which the tobacco commercial enterprises tend to ignore, and its space of services construction is larger, its marginal effect to improve sales efficiency is relatively high, so this paper tries to optimize the construction of cigarette sales in rural service terminal, so as to provide the external driving force for the development of tobacco companies.First of all, this paper obtain the relevant investigation data of rural cigarette sales in Yueyang County by the questionnaire survey and investigation methods, and analyze the present quality situation of rural cigarette sales service in Yueyang County from 5 aspects of the overall evaluation, customer manager, clerk, orders and delivery service feedback and the present demand situation of cigarette sales service in rural areas of Yueyang county from aspects of cigarette supply, marketing services and others. Then, this paper constructs 5 GAP model in rural areas of Yueyang County based on cigarette sales service and combining the actual demand of rural cigarette retailers, and analyze the five gap and the root causes of rural cigarette sales service quality problems in Yueyang County, in order to make general idea of terminal construction of rural cigarette sales service. After then, according to the above data support and theoretical analysis, this paper identified organization classification and function division of Yueyang county rural service terminal of cigarette sales, namely the tobacco service center, rural service station and Village Center store, and explore the function setting of Yueyang county rural service terminal of cigarette sales together with the organizational framework. Finally, this paper designs the management system of rural service terminal of cigarette sales from three aspects of the work target, work system, service content, and constructs the training service system of rural service terminal of cigarette sales, and designs the service standards of rural service terminal of cigarette sales from three aspects of service principle, service content and service implementation.
