During the intense market competition era of intelligent terminal products,the success of the customer service will continue to be an important element for enterprise to attract and retain high-quality customers.As one typical intelligent terminal manufacturer,A company wants to improve customer satisfaction in this rapid growing market of China.And it's very important to improve its quality of after-sales service.This paper takes A company as the research object.After taking the industry analysis and customer satisfaction survey,and combining with the enterprise interview and typical customer interview,it sums up some problems in A company's customer service: slow customer service response,expensive maintenance,loose management with authorized service providers and other problems.After researching the detailed analysis and analyzing these problems,this paper puts forward the improvement countermeasures of A company's domestic after-sales service.It is suggested that A company should improve the after-sales service system and optimize the procedure,and strengthen the management of authorized service providers,to gradually improve the customer satisfaction. |
