The Studying Of Teller Motivation System In Rural Credit Cooperative

One of the moral missions of china "twelfth five" period project is improvement of farmer living standards. The development of rural financial services is an important guarantee to accomplish this mission. Rural Credit Cooperatives is the main force of rural finance institutions. Motivation System is an effective way to improve the positive and service level of tellers. Also have benefit to the overall competitiveness.The aim of this work was to analyze the situation of teller Motivation System in the Rural Credit Cooperative. The result found that the salary distribution system is unreasonable, the performance of salary mechanism is not integrity, The Performance evaluation mechanism is not perfect, the input of teller training is low, the training mechanism have many defects, Teller career planning is not perfect, promotion channels is very simple. And for these issues, some countermeasures were made by this work to solve these actual issues like improve the teller salary distribution system, establish a "external competitiveness, internal equity" salary mechanism, improve the performance tellers evaluation mechanism and the way to accurately calculate, increase the opportunity for tellers training and career planning, broad the channels for tellers promotion, perfect the incentive mechanism in spirit, strengthen enterprise culture construction of the Rural Credit Cooperative and so on. Gradually improve the teller incentive mechanism, enhance the work enthusiasm of tellers and the sense of belonging the Rural Credit Cooperative.The study has a certain reference value to improve the integrated teller incentive system of staff motivation credit in the Rural Credit Cooperative.
