Dessler mentioned in the book of Human Resource Mangement that it is a problem for manager to motivate employees. Because motivation employee's morale could make employee satisfied and get senior productivity and performance.When the enterprise develops well and faces competition, it is important to solidify advantage, to find problem, to adjust motivation system to fit enterprise development stratagem and waken all employees' positivity, initiative and creativity.The object of this thesis is Rural Credit Cooperative of DS Province, with 5564 branches and 62000 emplyoees. After more than 50 years development, it is the lagest-scale integrated multi-function local fincial institution. As the reform and opening up going into depth, Rural Credit Cooperative develops fleetly and faces the competition of agriculture banks, agriculture development banks and small town banks. Some problems of trational management appear, especially motivation system, such as management motivation concept out, motivation model single, institution not suitable, salary unfair, employees'development plan short. It is the important task for Rural Credit Cooperative of DS Province to establish reasonable staff motivative system, long-acting motivative system, motivate employee's positivity, initiative and creativity.The author establishes the rural credit cooperative motivation system, after deep investigation of management, psychology and organizational behavioral science, to realize double-benefit & double-value betweent entries and employees. The rural credit cooperative system establishes matter-spirit, long-term & short-term, positive-negative combinative motivation system. The system wakens employee's positivity, initiative and creativity and finally it form the system of profits & risks-sharing system.As a traditional stste finfcial enterprise, Motivative System in Rural Credit Cooperative of DS Province has the problems on staff motivation, like other state enterprises, banks. The fruit of the thesis will contribute to other state enterprises and banks about motivation system.
