Research On Motivation Of Integrated Teller In Stateowned Commercial Bank In Guangxi

As foreign banks are pouring in and the shareholding banks growing up rapidly, the state-owned commercial Banks are facing great pressure of talent competition. Integrated teller who are the foundation strength in a bank, is the main carrier of communication between banks and customers. The incentive on them will impact on the operation of the whole bank. The problem of the incentive on integrated teller has called the attention of the management. But because of the system, concept and other internal and external restriction factors, Guangxi state-owned commercial banks have some motivation problems.It has restricted the work enthusiasm and the initiative of integrated teller.By adopting document collection, Questionnaire Survey and Individual interview methods to collect relevant data, the paper analyzes the present incentive situation of integrated teller of Guangxi state-owned commercial bank, and analyzes the existing problems and causes. This study also investigates the integrated teller of Guangxi state-owned commercial Banks about eight kinds of preference incentive factors, and uses the software SPSS18.0to investigate and analysis the data, including descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and factor analysis; further explicit that the incentive factors can influence on incentive efficiency.Finally, this study puts forward the measures to improve incentive system of integrated teller. The study has a certain reference value and significance to help improve Integrated teller incentive strategy of Guangxi state-owned commercial Banks.
