Research On The Developing Mode Of China's Rural Cooperative Finance

The new countryside construction calls for a new rural financial system. As the core of rural economy, the rural finance is playing a more important role, its system's consummation and the function full display have a great impact on the rural economic development level enhancement and the comprehensive affluent society goal reality. Cooperative finance existed in the world for more than 160 years, which is still an effective form for "vulnerable groups" to solve financial difficulties. However, along with the reform of financial system, the long-term accumulative problems hindered the development of business and greatly restricted driving force for the development of rural economy by the rural financial cooperative. Finding a new mode for China's rural cooperative finance is very important for rural economic and financial development.Based on the careful analysis of the rural cooperative financial development model and the example of Shandong rural credit cooperative, the paper proposed work ideas and specific measures for speeding up the development of rural credit cooperatives.In the instruction of the paper, there are background of the research, thinking and method of research, as well as the structure of the paper. The body is divided into three parts:the first part introduces the origin of rural cooperative finance in other countries, overview of related regulations and innovations in Germany, U.S.A. and Japan as well as problems and reform mode in China's rural cooperative finance. The second part introduces the development of Shandong rural credit cooperative, and analyzes the existed problems, then provides the new developing strategy. The third part analyzes the development of rural cooperative finance in China with the practice development of Shandong rural credit cooperative, then provides some advice and proposals.
