Research On The Coupling Coordinate Degree Between The Development Of Tourism Industry And New Urbanization And Its Regional Difference In Hunan

The rapid development of urbanization in our country has become a major force to promote the development of Chinese society and economy, but with the rapid development of urbanization cause resource waste, abuse of cultivated land, city features assimilation and other problems. In this context, the new concept of urbanization have been proposed, and by formulating and implementing a series of principles and policies to promote the steady and rapid development of new urbanization. According to the law of the western developed countries social and economic development, the tertiary industry has replaced industrialization as dominant industry to promote the development of urbanization. And the tourism industry with its own strong industry relevance, great radiation effect and the spillover effects of other industries, could become the dominant industry to promote the development of urbanization. To promote the development and improve the quality of new urbanization, and to achieve the goals of becoming a strong tourism province,Hunan should actively promote the coupled and coordinated development of tourism industry and the new urbanization.Based on elaborating on the concept of the new urbanization and the article’s basic theory, the article applies the method of qualitative to analysis the coupling coordination relationship between the tourism industry development and the new urbanization, and found that there is space coupling and coordination interaction between them. Coordination interaction is mainly reflected in the following aspects:by providing industry foundation, solving the employment, promoting the development of related industries, optimizing the industrial structure, stimulating infrastructure improvements and promoting the civilization construction, The tourism industry improve the quality of new urbanization; While the new urbanization support government guidance, technology and human resources,factors of production to promote the development of tourism industry. In order to promote the coupling coordinated relationship between the tourism industry and new urbanization,the paper establishes the evaluation index system of the two systems, use the coupling coordination model in physics to evaluate the coupling coordinate degree between the two systems. The paper uses dimensionless method to process the 2001-2012 data of Hunan province and its 14 cities, determines the objective weight of eachindex through entropy method, and then corrects the weight by asking the ideas of experts, calculate the tourism industry system’s comprehensive development level and the new urbanization systems, and the coupling coordinate degree between the two systems, finally, use the regional difference analysis methods to analyze the results.Get the following conclusion: because the development of the tourism industry fall behind the development of new urbanization in Hunan Province, so it has great potential that the tourism industry promote the development of new urbanization, but at this stage it’s weak; The coupling coordinate degree between the tourism industry and new urbanization has a little big regional differences in Hunan province, and it is mainly affected by regional difference of tourism industry.Accordingly, to narrow regional differences, and rise the coupling coordination degree between the tourism industry and the new urbanization, the article thinks that we should strengthen the planning and guide of the tourism industry and the new urbanization, build regional cooperation strategy, develop the tourism industry to promote the new urbanization, so as to make a contribution to the economic and social development in Hunan.
