With China’s economic integration into the global speed to accelerate, the increasingly fierce competition between enterprises, human resource has become the core competitiveness of enterprises. To ensure that the enterprise long-term, steady and fast development, we must constantly improve the human resources development and the management level. And the basic way of enterprise human resources development and the core content is the training. Training can not only help the employees for the full play and self potential to realize their own value, and make the enterprise get a more favorable competitive advantage, and train employees in the enterprise in the sense of ownership and responsibility consciousness, enhance their work efficiency and enthusiasm for work, and promote enterprise’s execution efficiency and economic benefit. Highly educated employees with professional theoretical knowledge, master the management method of advanced management idea and scientific, comprehensive high quality, gradually developed into the backbone of enterprises, all aspects of distribution in enterprise production and management system, no matter from the aspects of various scientific research ability, technical level, management ability, has played an important role in the reform and development the practice of enterprise, to the strong influence to promote enterprise reform. Therefore, it is necessary to high degree employees business ability training system optimization study. The high degree of employee training is the most direct purpose is to make them in the most short time, integrate into the corporate culture and work atmosphere, the habit of enterprise work mode and work environment, to more quickly into the role, in line with the post, and their own work as soon as possible, and lay a solid foundation for the harmonious development of individual employees, departments, in the future enterprise.Research on the competency theory as the theoretical basis, the status quo analysis of M company through the detailed survey of the high degree of staff training, find the problems and the reasons of the high degree of staff training. With the company’s development strategy as the guidance, taking into account the characteristics of high degree employees and employee career development, research and design of high degree employees competency model, determine the key indicators of high degree employees in M enterprise competency, and on this basis, the high degree of staff training needs analysis, make clear the training target, optimize the design of training system and finally puts forward the corresponding security measures.Based on the "menu style" training mode, put forward "the basic training+select training" training mode, hope the research design of high degree employees training system can expand M high degree employees pre job training ideas, fully tap the potential of high degree employees, but also lay the foundation for the high degree employees in their own career development, and hope to be able to provide a reference for other domestic enterprises to highly educated staff training.
