Study On Smart Express Box Layout Planning And Operation Mode

With the rapid rise of electronic commerce, chinese expresses have a spurt development in2014, and the courier business volume have reached140billion, having an increase of52%. The total amount of chinese expresses have ranked first in the world. The rapid development of express highlights the lack of current terminal distribution capacity, and terminal distribution costs have accounted for more than30%of the total cost of logistics industry, which is greatly restricted the express industry’s development in china. In October31,2014, the State Post Bureau officially released the "smart express box" industry standard. As a useful attempt to "the last mile", smart express box plays an important role in residents’ convenience, saving delivery time and improving the delivery efficiency. However, the industry generally reflects on many problems, especially layout planning and operation of smart express box. So this thesis chooses the smart express box layout planning and operation mode as the research object to explore and solve the smart express’s layout planning and operation problems by a large number of actual investigation and expert opinions, and this thesis aims to provide a useful reference in order to promote smart express box.According to the characteristics that the express demands in our country is so large, and spread wide and dispersible, this thesis uses the concept of particle to identify dense express demand areas, and uses K-mean method to partition the construction area in order to reduce the difficulty of calculation and improve the accuracy of calculation. Through comparative analysis between smart express box and other delaying pickup mode, this thesis uses the improved Logit method to solve the market share of smart express box in order to predict its market position in the future. In addition, this thesis establishes the index evaluation system of smart express box, and uses AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the location of the preparation position. In the end, this thesis uses0-1integer programming and queuing theory to solve the precise location and size of smart express box.In view of the current smart express box investors are not clear, no mature management mode, no mature profit model and other issues on chinese smart express box operation mode, this thesis summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of different investment models and their applicability, and puts forward suggestions on the investor of different development stages through the analysis of different investors. Through the analysis the different management mode, this thesis selects management mode of different investors. And through the analysis of smart express box function, this thesis analyses the income structure, and discusses the smart express box profit model from the aspects of profit targets, profit and profit leverage.Through analysis of the whole process of smart express box’s layout planning and operation, this thesis proposes five suggestions to increace the rapid development and a good realization of smart express box.
