| With the development of transportation industry and the improvement of people’s living standards,people have higher requirements for timeliness of logistics.As a subdivision area of transportation industry,the small-part Express Logistics Based on road passenger transport has been excavated,and it has also been welcomed by the market and enterprises.Logistics industry has a low threshold.Passenger transport enterprises want to enter the road passenger transport express logistics market segmentation opportunities and challenges coexist.Facing the passenger express market competition,customer logistics inclusiveness is reduced,and the enterprise’s own resources are insufficient.Only by accurately grasping the market environment,defining the enterprise’s own advantages,establishing the network layout of passenger express according to the market positioning,designing the process and analyzing the operation plan according to the business can we achieve this goal.This paper studies the operation system of C company passenger express logistics from the macro,medium and business levels.First of all,enterprises want to enter the passenger express market must understand the current market environment,understand what advantages the enterprise itself has,what mode to enter the market,so this paper uses SWOT to analyze the passenger express market environment,development model and existing problems,to provide reference for the positioning of the enterprise market;To meet the target customer’s needs must be based on a reasonable and efficient network layout,so this article is based on the coverage theory,according to the actual scene,consider the minimum dot coverage of all demand points,cost limit scoping under the maximum range of the situation,establish the coverage model,and use heuristic solution method and lingo model solution;From the analysis of passenger express business operation level,the design of business processes for passenger express business and existing problems,and put forward the operation plan of platform construction,marketing and personnel management.Based on the above research,this paper provides reference for the development of passenger express logistics enterprises. |
