Research On Core Competence Enhancement Of Yunnan Geology&Mineral Resources Corporation (Group)

After the booming that gold broke the peak fare in the global markets, mining economy in China is declining rapidly and continuing a downward trend. For resource-oriented enterprises, how to overcome difficulties and get out of adversity is by far the most urgent problem. Yunnan Geology and Mineral Resources Corporation (Group) is a typical resource-based enterprise in Yunnan geological prospecting industry which takes mining as its pillar. Facing the current challenges poses by the market, the author sums up the historical development of Geology and Mineral Resources Group conscientiously as well as analyses its advantages and disadvantages of the present situation.According to the reform direction of Geology and Mineral Resources Group, finding core competence which important to its further development, the author discusses how to enhance its core competence in monographic study.
