On The Management Of Lishu 500kV Substation Construction Project

Project management is a systematic management approach taking project as its management object. Through a temporary specialized agency, it carries out efficient planning, organization, direction and control of the project to achieve dynamic process management and comprehensive coordination and optimization of project objectives. On the basis of brief introduction to Lishu 500kV substation, this paper makes a comprehensive study on the management of Lishu 500kV substation constructions project from seven aspects including human resources management, project process control, cost management, quality management, security management as well environment protection.The paper concludes that personnel should be trained, organized and coordinated and appropriate ratio between personnel and material should be kept. The original project process should be changed to parallel or cross process so as to enable the completion of the project in due time; cost control, cost estimation and deviation methods should be adopted to control the project overall cost; quality control should be implemented from all levels of the project and quality requirements should be made out as to construction of basic building, electric equipment installation; risk management should be adopted at the root level and feasible security control management system should be established; organization, objective and implementation plan should be drawn out to protect environment and ensure civilized construction of the project.The analysis and research of this paper are helpful to optimize the transformation of substation building project management methods, to ensure that the development of a practical system, as well as provide a useful reference to the timely and successful solution to the management of many issues arising for future project management.
