Information System Strategic Planning Of LA Group

In the new economic era, enterprises are facing thefast-changing market and more intense competition, in order to cope with thischallenge, the planning and construction of information system has become animminent task for many enterprises. Today, the enterprises face the fastchanging market, fleeting opportunity, how to grasp the active right ofcompetition in the market is the real problem that placed before every enterprise.That a large number of enterprises practice, planning and construction ofinformation system can make the enterprise more certain to meet the challenges.The role of information systems is obvious, but we also should see that, theinvestment of information system is more tremendous to enterprises. Theconstruction of information system has the features of complicated techniques,long time, having a wide range, it is a complex systems engineering, andenterprises must carry out good and prospective planning.This paper takes the strategic planning of information system for LA groupas the research object, starting from the strategic target of the LA group, identifykey factors to realize the strategy of group, by the key factors method, andanalysis the demands of the corresponding information systems. Through thecontrast, we found that the Strategic planning for information systems is out ofline with the strategy demands. Such as the existing information systems cannotmatch the strategic objectives; the architecture of the existing informationsystems cannot meet the demands of the group strategy; information systemscannot achieve the integration of in the Group’s management and control;organizational management and personnel allocation cannot provide effectivesupport for group strategy etc.According to the differences between LA group’s existing information system and the needs of strategic objectives, this article puts forward thefollowing information system strategy plan:(1) make the information systemapplication blueprint that matches with the group strategic objectives;(2) usesthe open system architecture based on SOA, to meet the demand of the groupstrategy;(3) establish the data structure of large centralized deployment, toachieve the integration of group management and control;(4) construct theapplication framework based on sharing platform for group information, toachieve the group cooperative;(5)choice the key subsystem that can realize thegroup strategy;(6) rebuild the science organization and management system, inorder to provide effective support for strategic objectives.Finally, this paper analyzes project risks exist in the implementationprocess of the information systems strategic planning. So as to provide theappropriate security measures, the group should improve the companyleadership information consciousness, establish standardization managementsystem, and pay attention to the planning process evaluation and adjustment.The main work of this paper is to provide a complete view of thenormative information system strategic planning, so as to provide reference forother coal group of strategic information systems planning.
