Based on the perspective of agricultural products supply chain, in carrying out the field investigation and relevant on the basis of theoretical analysis, we analyzed the security issues of agricultural products from the planting to the presence of the consumption process and causes, and put forward the corresponding solution countermeasures. The problem of hidden trouble of quality seed performance in procurement, lacking of supervision and guidance of procurement of fertilizers and pesticides, agricultural producers in poor awareness of product safety, production and technical guidance lack of quality and safety of agricultural products, processing of agricultural products quality supervision and social system is not perfect, agricultural products processing enterprise quality safety management is not strict, the circulation of agricultural products detection and standard the system is not perfect.
