Then use the policy and dataof China’s urban and rural areas, analyzes the evolution of China’s urban and ruralrelationship by phases, then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions topromote China’s urban and rural interaction.This paper’s main work and points can be summarized as follows:(1)Try to from the perspective of dynamic to analysis the evolution law of theurban and rural areas and its theoretical interpretation: the flow of labor, capital,product, material and resource between urban and rural, make urban and rural areasclosely linked together.Because urban has the characteristics of agglomerationeconomy, so on the development order if after first city township, can play thepolarization effect and diffusion effect of the city. In the spatial layout of urban andrural, it can use network layout mode On the basis of population, economic density topromote the interaction between the urban and rural.
