The Income Gap Between Urban And Rural Residents In Chongqing Urban And Rural Relations And Research

Along with the economic and social development, the Chongqing municipalgovernment proposed an ambitious goal "scientific development, enriching therevitalization of Chongqing". To build a well-off society in an all-round way, deepeningreform and opening up, promoting comprehensive objectives such as "five aspects fusedtogether".The overall layout, must face up to the problem of urban and rural residentsincome gap. The expanding gap between the urban and rural areas, is the most directperformance of urban and rural residents income gap widening of the present trend, itwill seriously affect the process of the development of urban and rural areas as a wholein Chongqing. Urban and rural residents income gap can be controlled within the scopeof the moderate, healthy and coordinated development of urban and rural economy, isdirectly related to the residents, the degree of unity and social stability. Therefore,residents income gap between urban and rural areas as a whole degree and theinteraction become the core content of this study.Based on the interactive mechanism between urban and rural overall developmentand urban and rural residents income gap, this article marches on the empiricalanalysis the relationship between them, and find out the rules and influence on eachother between the two relations. All the work is to curb the Chongqing urban andrural residents’ income gap widening, and promote the development of Chongqingurban and rural areas as a whole are proposed countermeasures,. Thesis constitutes of6chapters, containing the theoretical and empirical study of interaction between urbanand rural residents’ income gap and the interaction between urban and rural areas as awhole degrees. Chapter1explains the background and significance of topics, theconcept,research contents and chapter arrangement. Chapter2summarizes the relatedliterature of the residents income gap between urban and rural areas,and on the basis ofthe analysis of domestic and foreign research is insufficient, determine the researchmethod and research direction of this article. Chapter3, the main research in urban andrural areas as a whole (including the construction of index system, index processingmethod, the resulting degree of urban and rural areas as a whole, etc.). The fourthchapter mainly introduces the present situation and trend of urban and rural residents’income gap in Chongqing, and carries on the measure. Chapter5is the residents’income gap between urban and rural areas and urban and rural areas as a whole forempirical analysis. The sixth chapter is the combination of the foregoing analysis, to rethinking of interactive relation, put forward to narrow the gap in the income of urbanand rural residents in Chongqing and to strengthen the corresponding countermeasuresfor the driving-forward of urban-rural integration.
