The Research On Citrus Circulation Efficiency In Hunan

Citrus fruit is the largest in the world, the trade volume International is second only to wheat and corn In the agricultural products, ranked third. Recent decades, with the deepening of the market economy, China’s citrus become rapid growth on acreage and yield. Since2000, with the rapid development of China’s agricultural productivity has been greatly improved, bottlenecks that restricting development of rural and improvement of farmers’ income have started turning from the production areas to circulation. Nationally, appear periodically produce "difficulty in selling" is not news. China’s citrus production at the first place in the world, but the sale as a big problem has been plagued citrus farmers and local government long time. After a year hard work of farming, at harvest season, citrus farmers because of poor sales and had to a loss of citrus sale, which seriously hurt the farmers’ enthusiasm for producing. Therefore, it is very urgent to enhance research on citrus circulation problems.Hunan Province is our country’s major agricultural province, citrus production ranked first in the country, and that lead to citrus sales tasks heavier. Researching the status and problems in Hunan citrus circulation, taking example by circulation of agricultural products from the advanced experience at home and abroad to promote local rural economic development is very important. How to improve circulation efficiency of Hunan citrus and solve the problem of selling for citrus farmers, which is placed in front of the agricultural workers in reality. Based on the study of Hunan citrus industry development status and efficiency of distribution, analysing the constraints of citrus improve circulation efficiency factors in Hunan. On the basis, Shimen County, Hunan Province as an example to analyze the current citrus body of circulation and distribution channels, and focuses on the three typical citrus circulation channels at Shimen. From the perspective of social concern, selecting circulation costs, circulation time, scale of circulation, circulation expense ratio, producers share rate and the loss rate as six indicators to evaluation citrus circulation efficiency, using AHP On the efficiency of these three distribution channels for comparison. Through comparison this paper argues that scale of circulation has the largest weights (0.375)in the evaluation of the efficiency of circulation."Farmers/base +cooperation+fruit street pedlar/fruit supermarket+consumers" is the highest among the three channels of circulation efficiency and the most promising distribution channels. Comprehensive our province citrus circulation problems in the circulation, on the basis of the experience of fresh agricultural products circulation from home and abroad, proposed suggestions to improve the citrus circulation efficiency in Hunan.
