Research On The Pattern Of Ruralland Circulation In Mianzhu,Sichuan

The modern agriculture can't make progress without rural land circulation,because the scale effect of land circulation is the major measure to resolve these problems which includes solving the problems of agriculture,rural area and farmer,achieving agricultural large-scale operations,promoting rural economic development and urbanization,increasing the income of farmers and the output of grain.Besides,the scale effect of land circulation is the optimal choice to build moderately prosperous society.Nowadays,it's necessary to promote the orderly development of rural land circulation in China's rural area,because of the most of rural labor has gradually transferred to urban area,in addition,the development of modern agriculture needs more and more farmlands.And the optimal pattern of land circulation has directly effect to the orderly development of rural land circulation,it decides that whether the rural land has been utilized effectively and whether the productivity effect has been improved after land circulation.Therefore,the performance of land circulation pattern is to find the optimal one.This article chooses the Mianzhu City northwest of Sichuan province in China as research object,the current situation of land circulation in Mianzhu as hitting-point.According to the field research,this article analyzes the problems and the features of local land circulation and finds the problems.In addition,this article classifies Mianzhu's rural land circulation,summarizes three land circulation patterns which are the farmers' spontaneously land circulation pattern,the collective-oriented with the involvement of government land circulation pattern,the marketing environment driven land circulation pattern.This article uses Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to evaluate the performance of local land circulation patterns.To have a comprehensive assessment for the performance of these three land circulation patterns,this article find out that the marketing environment driven land circulation pattern is the optimal choice;the collective-oriented with the involvement of government land circulation pattern is the secondary choice,because it has strong political color,which means this pattern has the risk of compulsory circulation;compared with above two patterns,the farmers' spontaneously land circulation pattern has the lowest comprehensive performance.And summed up the land transfer model,one is based on national conditions,two is to modern agricultural production as the goal;three is to adapt to the development of productive forces as the basis for rational development of land circulation.To evaluate the performance of the three models,analyze the market environment,the driving mode of land circulation is the best choice,and in the future land circulation work should be vigorously promoted.The other two methods are not entirely undesirable,and the corresponding land circulation model should be adopted according to different circumstances,so as to achieve scientific,standardized and rational land circulation.
