This article is research on precision marketing study of telecom services on the basis of wechat, telecommunications and new media wechat through this Internet era, rapid, targeted dissemination of the contents of telecommunications services, to expand the market more users, tap more potential users. User information and carry their own wechat’s public combined number of embedded data acquisition telecommunications micro machining shop, hoping to get through the relevant information and data analysis, market positioning user characteristic information and come up with appropriate marketing model, in order to optimize and help Telecommunication management decision-making, and has been applied in practical work practices. This paper first describes the concept and theory of precision marketing and related Internet marketing and big data marketing, describes the current precision marketing research progress at home and abroad. Then the demand for telecom marketing analysis made an exposition in four areas. It introduced the application of wechat platform and wechat public channel through information gathering in the marketing process of analysis elaborated telecommunications service precision marketing features. Finally, in the specific case of the actual production design accurate marketing strategy, the actual management decisions play a certain guidance and reference proposal.Research to this article, is the current telecommunications service marketing and classified, also in the Internet era with new tools to the actual work of the Guidance.
