In recent years,with the popularity of 4G communication technology,more and more users use mobile phone transactions,involving all aspects of transportation,shopping,video,social life,user data storage volume of telecom operators in the database of increasingly large,more various and comprehensive.How to fully excavate the connotation information in these massive data and realize its commercial value has important research significance and application value.Firstly,based on the current situation of big data platform operation of the domestic and international mainstream telecom operators,this paper summarizes the precision marketing cases of big data.Then select the Beijing Mobile Corporation that provides customer data,using SPSS software for statistical analysis: by the descriptive analysis of the relevant characteristics of the sample,get the basic characteristics of traffic increase users;Through the decision tree analysis,tap the characteristics of potential traffic increase users.Finally,based on the analysis results,propose feasible marketing solutions for potential traffic increase users.
