The main purpose of this research is the use of Grounded Theory, building nuclear management competency model.On this basis, the development of management personnel competency scale, through data analysis to explore and validate the model.Finally, for grade evaluation of ability quality,different levels of ability and quality management personnel to test for differences,Build nuclear managers at different levels Competency Manual. Specifically, the main research of this paper include:(1)Grounded theory,Through the198nuclear managers personal interviews and key groups, interviews and information, an open coding,relevance coding, and the third round of the core coding, extract the54sub-categories from1099initial concept, the last induction for five core areas:"self-management","management team","business-oriented","development-oriented" and "nuclear characteristics."Then, based on the iceberg model, each category is divided into core skills, abilities and qualities, initially built a nuclear power business management competency model.(2)The competency model of management personnel to verify nuclear power enterprise.By recovered591valid questionnaires were reliability analysis, the high scale reliability.Then the first exploratory factor analysis,remove the "risk control","market consciousness" and "the consciousness of competition" three competency items, second times in the exploratory factor analysis, found the core category and subcategory correct matching.Finally, by confirmatory factor analysis results, the index reached the standard assumptions of the model, the adaptation of the model is good.Finalnuclear enterprise management personnel competency model for the five core areas,51sub-categories. (3)Hierarchicalmanagement competency modelhierarchicallytructured.First, the competency dictionary has been graded, divided into early, middle, and high grades.Secondly, the analysis of decision layer, coordination layer, execution layer and reserve management of diversity test uses a single factor variance.Finally, according to the difference between the test results and samples of descriptive statistics, nuclear power companies to build a hierarchical classification management ability and quality manual.
