Research On The Compentency Model Of Nuclear Enterprise Managers At Differet Levels

The main purpose of this research is the use of Grounded Theory, building nuclear management competency model.On this basis, the development of management personnel competency scale, through data analysis to explore and validate the model.Finally, for grade evaluation of ability quality,different levels of ability and quality management personnel to test for differences,Build nuclear managers at different levels Competency Manual.
