Under the present economic situation with a background of increasingly fiercecompetition, the realization of employees’ performance in an organization is theindispensable condition to create the core competency and complete business objectives.Organizational ethic as an important part of organization capital is taken as the source ofacquiring competitive edge in the future competition. The building of an organizationalethical climate is meaningful to guide the employees’ behavior, advance the level ofknowledge-sharing and improve employees’ performance. This paper will set out with theenterprise’s organizational ethical climate to find the effect degree of the improvement oforganizational ethical climate on boosting employees’ willingness to share, level ofknowledge-sharing and performance through the discussion on the relationship amongorganizational ethical climate, knowledge-sharing and job performance for a betterperformance level of an organization finally. By the analysis of structural equationmodeling,it confirms that organizational ethical climate has significant and positive relationwith knowledge sharing and job performance, and knowledge sharing has significant andpositive relation with job performance.This paper contains6parts. Chapter one, the introduction. Start with present economicsituation to state the importance of organizational ethical climate, knowledge-sharing andjob performance. Analyze the study background and the meaning of this paper and introducethe study contents, methods, technical routes and feasible innovation points. Chapter two,literature review. Mainly talk about the overseas and domestic research status oforganizational ethical climate, job performance, and knowledge-sharing. Chapter three,study design. On the base of the defined variables, put forward the research hypothesis andintroduce the measure tools will be used in this paper. Chapter four, questionnaire surveyand preliminary analysis. According to the data result of questionnaire to do the descriptiveanalysis on samples and then do the reliability and validity analysis based on that. Chapterfive, simulative verified analysis of structural equation. Build three relation structure modelsof study variables to do check analysis on study hypothesis.
