In the era of knowledge competition,the snatch of knowledge resources becomes the key to gain the advantage of the enterprise in the market competition.Knowledge resources become an important resource for enterprise competition.Knowledge sharing makes the information,resources and technology flow and transfer freely among individuals in the organization,to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises is of great significance.Organizations within the individual individuals tend to their own professional knowledge and skills as their competitive advantage,to achieve the organization of knowledge,information,resources The free flow,improve the efficiency of resource use,is the focus of this study.Organizational atmosphere is a kind of subjective perception of the organizational environment in the organization,which has important influence on the attitudes and behaviors of the individual within the organization.It is an important driving force for the knowledge sharing.This paper focuses on the influence of the organizational atmosphere and the dimensions on the knowledge sharing,And the introduction of psychological security sense of this variable,to further explore the psychological sense of security in the organizational atmosphere and the impact of knowledge sharing between the roles.In this paper,we study the influence of organizational atmosphere on knowledge sharing as the main line,and follow the research ideas of "asking questions-hypothesis derivation-data collection,analysis-hypothesis testing-conclusion".First,we put forward the hypothesis derivation on the basis of combing and analyze the relevant theoretical literature,put forward the relevant theoretical hypothesis and construct the research model.Then,the data collection and analysis are carried out.In this paper,we selected two old Chinese enterprises in Jinan area and 274 in four cultural industries And then use the analytical tools such as descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis to verify the theoretical hypothesis.Finally,the conclusion of the research results is given in this paper.The results of this paper are analyzed by using the questionnaire survey method.The climate of trust,climate of communication,and emotional climate have asignificant positive impact on the knowledge sharing.The individual within the organization can establish the trust relationship with other members of the organization in the atmosphere of trust,communication atmosphere and atmosphere,and actively communicate and carry on the resources and information There is a significant positive impact on the sense of psychological security,the individual within the organization in the trust atmosphere,communication atmosphere and emotional atmosphere,dare to express their own ideas,speak their minds,positive performance Their own ability,not worried about the real performance of their own by the exclusion and punishment;psychological security on the knowledge sharing has a significant positive impact,high sense of psychological security within the organization of individuals to actively show themselves,take the initiative and other individuals within the organization to work Experience and professional skills exchange,sharing work experience,will actively take the initiative to ask others;this paper verifies the psychological sense of security in the organizational atmosphere and the dimensions and knowledge sharing between the intermediary role,the results show that the sense of psychological security in the atmosphere,Communication atmosphere,emotional atmosphere and knowledge sharing between the intermediary role.The innovation of this paper is summarized as follows: First,this paper explores the influence of organizational atmosphere on knowledge sharing in China,and introduces the psychological security sense to explore the relationship between organizational atmosphere and knowledge sharing Mediation,selected the atmosphere of trust,communication atmosphere,emotional atmosphere of the three dimensions of research,and further enriched the theoretical research results of knowledge management.Second,this paper chooses five traditional enterprises and four cultural industries in Jinan as the object of investigation,breaking the limitations of the research on knowledge sharing confined to the high-tech industry,which is of great significance to the theory popularization of knowledge sharing.
