Performance is the reflection of the employees of the company’scontribution, the performance appraisal is to measure the contributions ofthe staff size. Objective and fair performance appraisal or not, directlyrelated to the employee’s work behavior and attitude. SN since itsinception, after years of development, and finally become the domesticand foreign well-known machinery manufacturing enterprises, thenumber of employees reached tens of thousands of people, however, withthe continuous expansion of company size, not perfect performanceappraisal system has gradually become one of the problems the company,especially the total management performanceThe evaluation result is not just as one wishes. Based on this, theactual situation and long-term development strategy based on the SNcompany, it is necessary to establish a set of suitable development of thecompany’s performance appraisal system of the middle managementpersonnel.The research contents are as follows: the first chapter introduces theresearch background, purpose, significance, research ideas and methods,research status and level; the second chapter reviews the performanceappraisal of the relevant theoretical research results, introduced the360degree evaluation method, target evaluation method, the Balanced Scorecard and key events method four kinds of performance appraisalmethods and the performance evaluation program, content; the thirdchapter based on the analysis of human resource situation of SN company,has proven the company’s performance appraisal system problems, it isnecessary to optimize system performance evaluation; the fourth chapteris the re orientation and the specific optimization design on the company’sperformance appraisal system; the fifth chapter is the description ofoptimization measures and safeguard measures; the last part of the thesisis the conclusion and prospect, briefly stated the research process and theresults of the paper, points out the deficiencies in the current study andthe future research direction.Overall, the performance appraisal system is a complex system, thedesign of the performance appraisal system is a huge system engineering,the enterprise of our country in this plate is basically at the stage ofexploration. The optimization of the performance appraisal system of SNcompany’s article, enriches the research about the theory of performanceevaluation, but also provides a reference for optimized performanceappraisal system related manufacturing enterprises.
