Radio frequency identification technology is the foundation of informationstandardization technology, which can realize real-time field for quick and accurateinformation acquisition and process. It is used by each enterprise to reduce the production cost,improve logistics automation degree, realize the production management information sharingfunction, improve the important means of technical support and enterprise corecompetitiveness. The working characteristics of radio frequency identification technology isvery suitable for discrete assembly line,which can meet the requirements of discrete assemblyline of the logistics system of particularity and complexity in the process of assemblyproduction. Disposing the reasonable resources to improve the automation degree of thesystem which can improve the production efficiency of discrete assembly line by thereasonable application of RFID.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the automobile enterprise productionlogistics system and the status quo, combined with case car companies A to observe, analyzeits logistics system and the status quo to build a simple discrete products based on thetechnology of RFID auto production logistics system. The entire complex and large logisticssystem simplified into three simple module, logistics warehousing logistics system modulerespectively, the outbound logistics system module and module assembly line logistics system.Combined with the advanced RFID information processing technology to improve theoptimization design of the discrete assembly line production process and managementinformation system of logistics system, and simulated to verify the optimized scheme isreasonable by Flexsim simulation software.Logistics system in the inventory module and dispatch module mainly involve theoperation for the counting of the goods, for the transportation and parts have chosen, and theinformation management for ins and outs of the whole module. When picking operations usingthe modern optimization algorithm to calculate the shortest path and combine the RFIDtechnology and PLC technology, realize the real time communication and management in atimely manner. In the module of assembly production logistics system, using the distributionof parts and components of radio frequency identification technology, and designed a mechanical rotating parts with simple shunt module, make the whole device to realizeautomatic sorting function, reduce the working strength of workers, to enhance the degree ofinformation flow in the whole process. In the course of the analysis and optimization, based onFlexsim software parameter setting to the simulation of actual production, include outboundlogistics system module, warehousing logistics system module, the module assemblyproduction, the output results of the contrast before and after optimization, the feasibilityanalysis of applying RFID in logistics system simulation. Through the more comprehensive,rapid and accurate monitoring and management of the logistics system,it can not only enhancethe automation of assembly production line, warehouse management efficiency, also canimprove the information flow of the whole logistics system.
