With the rapid development of science and technology as well as the global economy, companies are using all kinds of resources in the world, which will be their own capital, technology, management, market research and development as well as host-country’s human resources, natural resources and size of the market, combining the advantages, expanding transnational management and complementary advantages in a global range. All of these has become the main form of internationalized management of enterprises. At the same time, China’s domestic enterprises in international business has become an important trend of the economic development,and the global investment is fulfilled in order to achieve effective allocation of resources, the full and effective use of the international market and participation in international competition, all of which will continue to improve the international competitiveness and enhance the strength of enterprises. But for the formation of transnational operation of international business, due to their different cultural background, geographical environment, humane idea, ethnic and religious factors, the Chinese enterprises will encounter a lot of unknown challenge in cross-border business. In the global economic and financial recovery after crisis,China’s bank industry has gone into a new opportunities to accelerate the pace of international operation. Opportunities and challenges exist at the same time. If they want to succeed in coping with the cultural risk, banks need to design practical organization and management mechanism in different forms of culture,as well as the rational allocation of corporate resources, in order to improve operational efficiency. Therefore, the successful implementation of cross-cultural management strategies for China’s bank industry is very important. From the perspective of cross-culture management, companies should discuss the different status of Chinese enterprise and foreign enterprise in detail based on an analysis of the connotation of enterprise, and then in theory companies should point out cross-culture management’s idea and strategy of BC bank and HQ bank, at the same time they should help the Chinese enterprises find out the bank problem in cross-cultural management and come up with some improved measures, in order to provide guidance for Chinese enterprises to enter the world market.
