With the vigorous development of electronic in recent year, every time theproduct damaged and destroyed, not satisfied with return goods return,unqualified products, has caused more waste of resources. With the high-speeddevelopment of economy at the same time, recyclable and has not beeneffectively recycled protection consciousness, people begin to pay more attentionto the product after use, use value and handing, eager to green environmentalprotection product whole life cycle, reduce resource waste and environmentallegislation system, and when the product cannot be used or is no longer requiredthe manufacturing enterprise for recycling, thus to reach the company responsiblefor the entire life cycle of their products. Based on a large amount of availableresources in our country has not been effective recycling situation andinternational trend of environmental protection and energy saving, the rapiddevelopment of reverse logistics, urgent and necessary. However, under thebackground of economic globalization, the enterprise resource and energy limitedunder increasing competitive pressure at the same time, it cannot to achieveperfection in each aspect, so the reverse logistics outsourcing is the inevitabletrend of enterprise seek lasting development.Reverse logistics system logistics flow reversible process compared withforward logistics, the initial node dispersion of products, product numberuncertainty, different stage of product life cycle and the complexity of existence.Product quantity, and reverse logistics recycling value, time, the end of the sitehas a high degree of uncertainty, this makes the uncertainty the salientcharacteristics of reverse logistics.Based on the analysis of the full Harbin postal logistics operation, on thebasis of Harbin postal logistics network infrastructure model is established, anddynamic hybrid multi-objective simulated annealing algorithm for the network operation of participants, to Harbin postal reverse logistics network that providesall the participants in the operation of the flow model, and the inequality methodfor model design.Through the research of reverse logistics in Harbin postal network, on theone hand, enrich the construction of the third party reverse logistics network andthe operation of the third party reverse logistics network theory system,deepening the research on the theory of reverse logistics network, is dominatedby the third party reverse logistics network development provides new ideas.
