Research On Enterprises’ Independent Innovation Capability Improvement Based On Triple Helix

Since the1990s, independent innovation has become one of the main driving force of a country’s economic growth, while the enterprises are the main factors of a country’s independent innovation. Triple Helix model is one of the best innovation model that based on the interaction relationship among government, industry and university. The study of Triple Helix model is important to national independent innovation capacity. Successful experience can be summarized from success enterprises. The study object of this thesis is Dalian Guangyang Technology Ltd.(Referred to as "Guangyang"). Based on the Triple Helix model, this thesis analyzes the process of Guangyang’s independent innovation capacity building, and the internal mechanism of this process. Then, this thesis draw up the path of Guangyang’s independent innovation capability improvement based on Triple Helix. Based on case analysis, this thesis draw3conclusions:The first is triple helix cooperation improve Guangyang’s independent innovation capability. Second improvement of Guangyang’s independent innovation capability is a progressive revel. The third, the path of Guangyang’s improvement based on triple helix is a progressive revel.
