A Cluster Analysis On The Capability Of Regional Innovation In China Based On The Triple Helix

With the coming of globalization,the formation of global information network and global production network,and promote the development of flat world,time and space has not become a constraining economic development and innovation activities of the bottleneck,knowledge and technology elements gradually replaced capital and labor to become the local economic development core resources,innovation ability becomes the key factor of regional society economy.Chinese is a long history and geographical area of vast country,difference,unique natural geographical conditions and historical background of the development of the regional environment,the innovation ability shows obvious regional difference,the level of innovation and lead to uneven levels of economic development imbalance.At the same time,with the development of knowledge economy,between companies,universities and government departments of the increasingly close ties,the three helix region of space gradually from the geographical,political and cultural development into companies,universities and government departments,University industry government interaction to form a new regional innovation launched.Under this premise,this paper based on the regional innovation system,the three basis of the theoretical basis of the regional innovation capability differences.Through analysis of existing research results and relevant literature,this paper first carries on the development and connotation of regional innovation system research;secondly,based on the three triple helix theory to analyze the regional innovation system innovation and function,innovation and development for universities and enterprises,the government of the three subsystems to construct the index system of 30 provinces except Tibet in China's regional innovation capability evaluation and analysis.This paper applied factor analysis to China's 30 provinces except Tibet region from 2005 to 2014 makes an analysis of the regional innovation capability and its influence factors.On mainland China's 30 provinces except Tibet region innovation ability of clustering analysis,the 30 provincial regional innovation development can be divided into leading,developed,developing,behind four categories,and characteristics of the four areas of the region development to carry on the static and dynamic analysis.And from the Angle of the theory of complex system coordination,through calculation of coupling and coupling coordination degree of the regional innovation system in the interaction of each subsystem is intensity are analyzed.
