The Research On Optimization Of Grain Logistics Operating System Of Company A

From the beginning of this century, traditional pattern of transportation in China is broken, companies started change from a single fragment of grain transportation to integration of grain logistics, in order to get more competitive advantage in logistics cost, efficiency and quality. In this context, integrating logistics resources of upstream and downstream, building more perfect grain logistics operating system become the common development direction of enterprises.Company A is A large state-owned grain logistics corporation affiliated with COFCO, its core assets of A port is the international first-class, Asia’s largest grain specialized ports. Company A is the pioneer of China’s bulk grain logistics mode and promoters, Port A is the hub of south north food transport channel in our country. With the development of grain logistics industry, Company A must also constantly optimizing adjustment of their own grain logistics operating system, in order to fulfill the demands of corporate development.In this paper, grain logistics operating system of Company A is the research object, the paper draws on the experience of the theory of supply chain management, business distribution theory, logistics management theory. First, this paper expounds the status of development of the grain logistics operating system in the domestic and overseas, then introduces the present situation and dilemma of grain logistics operating system of Company A, then studies the problems existing in the logistics operating system of Company A, at last, proposes the optimization scheme. In this paper, by adopting the combination of theoretical research and empirical research method, analyzes the problems existing in the company A grain logistics operating system, and proposes the solutions.
