| The northeast area, as our country "granary", yields several ten million tons of grain every year, and now developing the grain logistics has become the important measures of revitalizing the old northeast China industrial bases, constructing the Dalian international shipping center and developing big logistics of northeast area. And as northeast area foreign trade platform, ten million tons of grain circulates by way of Dalian every year. Dalian has already become the important plate of grain logistics in the Northeast. Therefore, studying the Dalian grain logistics is very necessary. Under this background, the paper divides into five parts to elaborate developing the Dalian grain logistics and promoting the northeast grain logistics:1. Introduction. Starting with the northeast regional development tasks and the many preferential policies given by the country, I analyze this topic research background.2. Relevant Logistics theory. I introduce some theories about logistics, regional logistics, logistics systems and grain logistics3. The Status of the northeast grain logistics. I analyze the grain logistics status of the northeast and Dalian, and forecast the grain logistics demand in the northeast with the gray forecasting model.4. Building the grain logistics system in the northeast. The paper points out some problems of Dalian grain logistics and the northeast grain logistics, and puts forward some key construction projects and some safeguarding measures, policies in order to develop Dalian grain logistics and promote the grain logistics system forming in the northeast.5. Conclusion. Through this paper, we should develop the Dalian grain logistics, integrate the grain logistics resources of the northeastern region, reorganize the grain flow and the industrial chain network, form a highly efficient convenient network of grain logistics service system, promote the process of northeast economy internationalization, and speed up the revitalization of the northeastern region. |
