In recent years, with the development of S Global Insurance Company in China, more and more branches have been set up in succession. However, its development is facing a challenge of the fracture in middle-level managers. Under this circumstance, it is realistic to build a scientific and effective strategy to deal with the fracture problem.This paper analyzes the middle-level managers’fracture of S Global Insurance Company, and works out the main reasons from three aspects:company culture, operational principle and personnel system. Then this paper proposes some measures to solve the problem, these measures contain company culture and operational principle refinement, passageway establishment of employee promotion and salary system improvement.This paper has four main individual parts. This first part is introduction, which presents the research background, significance, research ideas, and research contents. The second part is the fracture description, which introduces the basic background and analyzes the middle-level managers’fracture from three aspects:age, education background and position. The third part is reason analysis, which analyzes the reasons from three aspects:the reason of company culture, the problem of operational principle and the reason of personnel system. The fourth part is some measure. These measures contain company culture and operational principle refinement, passageway establishment of employee promotion and salary system improvement.This paper helps S Global Insurance Company to improve its human resource management system, also generates some exploration and innovation to promote the insurance industry for a better performance evaluation level, which does have a certain significance and reference value for insurance industry.
