Study On The Public Service Facility Configuration Of Hefei Affordable Housing

With the growing speed of China urbanization, housing security formiddle-low income group is increasingly becoming a huge problem. To deal with it,government has accordingly been keeping put more effort on affordable housingconstruction. However, since current measure focuses more on housing quantity,affiliated public facility construction has been omitted. And because of lackingscientific direction and corresponding policy, the requirements of the housingbeneficiaries are hard to reach.This article analyzed related theories in China and abroad, took example of theaffiliated public facilities of affordable housing area in the city of Hefei as theresearch object, and discussed the problems existing in the public supportingfacilities for affordable housing.This article is based on the on-site investigations to the Huimin New Village,Yonghe Apartment and Tianmenhu Home in Hefei, focuses on two aspectsincluding residential area planning and the actual usage of public service facilitiesof residential areas. Several investigation techniques have been adopted includingon-site investigation, questionnaire survey and residents interview, to carry out theresearch and analysis to the public service facilities of affordable housing in Hefei.Public service facilities requirement characters have been analyzed based on theresident composition and use habit. Adjustment suggestions have been given fromthe aspects of supply, planning, project and project target, based on the statisticsand the public service facilities requirement characters. The expectation is toachieve scientific and rational planning and development of affordable housing,and to promote the harmonious development of the society.
