Traditional HRM theory covers job analysis, recruitment, training, careerdevelopment, performance management, compensation&benefits management,and labor&personnel management, etc. With the development of the theory, itsrange of applications is constantly expanding. While, HR professionals shouldthink more: what is the basic purpose of human resource management? Whatkind of support that all those HR modules can provide in order to reach thispurpose. This paper will give a depth analysis on the function of Talentassessment on organizational capability by combining theory of organizationalcapability and talent assessment skills. For the paper design, I will first presentthe concept and characters of the organizational capability and talent assessment,and then analyze the relationship between organizational capabilities formingand talent assessment system. In the end, I will propose my suggestions on talentassessment system set-up and applications. |
