Since the 21st century,the development of information technology in China is becoming more and more mature.At present,the enterprise information construction mainly focuses on improving the communication and cooperation between people and people,process or intelligent system.For enterprise managers,both in business value and specific applications,are very attractive,many have given their as a way to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises,and paid more and more attention.However,because of the information technology projects construction is relatively complicated,influenced by many uncertainty factors,need time,money and technology closely,and most companies just too optimistic,the focus on the information technology projects construction of brought about by a variety of good place,the lack of deep understanding of information technology projects construction,to the problem of all kinds of risks in the process of project construction did not give enough attention,lack of standard risk management processes and scientific means of control,so that the project quality,progress,cost and so on various aspects appear constantly.So,according to current situation of information industry of the construction of the project,the risk management must be treated as the key link in the process of project management,try to reduce and avoid all kinds of uncertain factors in the risk of loss.In this paper,according to the actual situation of SDM information technology projects,the project risk is managed according to the process of risk identification,evaluation and control.First of all,according to the background and characteristics of SDM information technology projects,a comprehensive collection of associated projects inside and outside of all kinds of project management data and combined with questionnaire and expert interview method,the project risk is divided into five categories,they are decision-making risk,development risk,technology risk,security risk,human resource risk,and for each category contains specific risk are analyzed in detail.Secondly,according to the identified five categories of risk,the evaluation system of the three-tier risk index system of target level,primary index and secondary index is constructed.By using the fuzzy comprehensive risk assessment model based on AHP to identify the detailed analysis of all kinds of risks,ultimately determine all kinds of risks,in proportion technology risks,develop risk,security risk,decision-making risk,human resource risk.Obtained at the same time focus on the needs and alert in turn to lead risk,schedule risk,the risk of cost budget,software,hardware conditions,risk,network risk,and risk communication.Finally,based on all kinds of need to focus on the risk of and alert at the same time,Put forward to construct risk management control system and improve the risk management culture construction,fundamentally to achieve reasonable control of risk factors,improve the success rate of the project construction purposes,and for the metallurgical industry information project risk management to provide a reference for reference.
