Since the reform and opening up, China’s small and medium-sized privateenterprises have developed rapidly, the private economy in the aspects of increasingthe local finance, increase the labor and employment has played a very important role.However, private enterprises have many problems in the process of development, oneof the most serious problems is the serious brain drain phenomenon, many enterprisesbecause of the loss of talent and lead enterprise development encountered greatdifficulties, therefore, reduces the enterprise talent loss rate is the problem that solvesurgently needed at the time of small and medium private enterprises.This paper takes Shenyang three peak enterprises as the research object, aimingat the existence of the enterprise brain drain phenomenon are analyzed, by using themethod of questionnaire survey of satisfaction for employees, and the combination ofemployee turnover in interviews, in-depth analysis of the root cause of Shenyangthree peak of enterprise brain drain, carries on the analysis from the three aspects ofsocial factor, enterprise factor, personal factors, and then according to the actualsituation of enterprises, the formulation of the scheme to solve the brain drain, the lastof the scheme for the implementation of the results are summed up.The full text is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction, mainlyintroduces the research background and significance, introduces researchachievements at home and abroad and the loss of talents, expounds the researchcontent of this paper and method etc. The second part gives the definition of talent,talent loss, the concept of private enterprise, and introduces the related theory. Thethird part carries on the introduction to the three peak enterprises, influence the statusand personnel including loss of talent loss brings to enterprises. The fourth part is theanalysis of the factors influencing the loss of talents in the three peak of the enterprise,make the employee satisfaction questionnaire according to the actual situation of the three peaks of the enterprise, and combining the demission interview records, thefundamental reason of enterprise talents loss of three peaks. The fifth part is combinedwith the actual situation of the three peaks of the enterprise, make the loss of talentsolutions for the three peak of enterprise, and the effect of the implementation offeedback. The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect. The contents of this study aresummarized, and pointed out the shortcomings of this study, the prospect of futureresearch work.This paper proposes the solution according to the actual situation of Shenyangthree peaks of the enterprise, including the perfect salary system, improve theperformance appraisal system, improve the corporate culture, improve the mechanismof competition and employing mechanism, formulation of occupation career planning,staff training to employees. I hope that these research results can provide reference forother enterprises of the same type and reference.
