Study On The Development Of Industrial Cluster District Of Henan Province In The Context Of Industrial Transfer

With the industrial agglomeration has become the mainstream form of economy, industrial transfer and industrial cluster is staged continuously in the global scope. The eastern coastal developed regions of China are facing the deterioration of resource supply and demand conditions. To seek a broader space for development, some industry will pay attention to the Central and Western regions which has rich resources and huge development space. With the establishment of CPC Central Committee on the status of the development strategy of the Central Economic Region, Henan Province, as the main body of the Central Economic Region, of course should take the initiative to undertake the eastern industrial transfer.Industrial Agglomeration Area as a new form of economy development become a Henan Province’s foundation engineering of optimizing the economic structure, transform the mode of development and achieving intensive development, when Henan Province explore to promote the rapid development of economic subject. Henan Province is to be preferred to the eastern coastal industrial transfer because Henan Province is located in the Central Plains, have richly endowed by nature of the geographical advantages, abundant natural and human resources. At the time, undertaking industrial transfer in Henan province is faced with the low level of the industrial structure, as well as with brother provinces competition and many other issues. In order to attract talent showing itself and to undertake the eastern coastal industrial transfer in the competition, Henan Province will Construct industry gathering area, create corresponding industrial agglomeration conditions and improve their ability of industrial agglomeration in Henan Province. This paper will firstly analyze the issues related to industrial cluster of Henan Province from the theoretical analysis, and the degree of industrial agglomeration in Henan Province by the degree of industrial agglomeration. Then this paper will discuss the factors affecting the development of industrial cluster of Henan Province. After that, this paper will empirical analyze the effect on undertaking industrial transfer and the development of industrial cluster of Henan Province by using the grey correlation and regression model. Last this paper will explore the development path of industrial cluster of Henan Province and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions. This paper mainly discusses the following six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part. This part mainly describes the background, purpose and significance of this research. Then this chapter analysis the present situation of the domestic and foreign research, and introduces the research ideas, methods and the innovation of this research.The second chapter explained firstly the relevant theory. Then in this chapter the theoretical connotation and the formation stage of industrial agglomeration, the concept and the causes of industrial agglomeration district, the theoretical connotation and the motivation of industrial transfer, the mechanism of interaction of industrial agglomeration and industrial transfer are separately analyzed and elaborated.The third chapter mainly analyzes the development status and the influence factors of industrial agglomeration district of Henan Province. And this chapter established the combination of static and dynamic industrial agglomeration index starting from the advantages of resources and location condition of industrial cluster of Henan province. Then it analyzed the industrial cluster status of industry agglomeration district of Henan province and the influencing factors of the development of industry cluster in Henan province.The fourth chapter is the empirical part. Firstly, this chapter analyzed the influence factors of industrial cluster of Henan Province by Grey relational analysis. On this basis, this chapter analyzed the effect of undertaking industrial transfer of Henan Province and industry agglomeration by multiple regression analysis.The fifth chapter mainly discusses the path model for the development of industry cluster in Henan Province, and put forward the relevant measures on the above theoretical and Empirical Analysis.The sixth chapter is about the summary of the analysis results and suggestions for future research.
