Research Of Company A Supplier Management Based On Multi Species And Small Batch

The purpose of this paper is to study supplier management of company A under the mode of multiple species and small batch.Firstly,the paper introduced study background,method and signification,then literature review about supplier selection,quality and supplier rating and risk management, and the mode of multiple species and small batch.Through introducing company A,we know the status and problems in supplier management.In this paper,we will use Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP) to handle supplier evaluation and selection.A mould based on FAHP designed for choosing the best supplier. The principle and process of FAHP is emphasized.In addition,the paper also study other aspects such as supplier inventory management, high frequency quality issues,etc. Combine the condition of company A,the paper also give the solutions to all of these problems. Finally, we implement FAHP and other solutions,many problems of supplier management of company A be solved.At the same time,the paper has significance for reference to handle similar companies problems.With drawing conclusion mentioned above, the paper also unveil limitations such as some parts of data from suppliers which not guaranteed absolutely true and valid,and without implementing to all suppliers.For further research,some suggestions be given finally.
