With the improvement of people’s living standards, dairy consumption has increased year by year. Meanwhile, the quality safety issues occur frequently. The logistics quality has been the bottleneck of the dairy quality problem. Therefore, how to manage and control the logistics quality problems, reduce the risk factors of logistics processes and improve the controllability of the logistics quality has been a meaningful direction of the current theory and practice.The paper relies on the Science and Technology Support Program of National Ministry of Science and Technology (2014BAH23F01). Based on the logistics processes of dairy supply chain, the control of the logistics quality from the perspectives of logistics processes and logistics main bodies are studied.Firstly, the main logistics processes in the dairy supply chain are sorted out. The logistics control processes are identified as the transport of raw milk, the raw milk inventory, the transport of product and the product inventory. Then Then the paper clearly has defined the scope of logistics quality and the target of the control-logistics as cost, time and revenue of logistics. Finally a theoretical foundation has been laid on.Secondly, a multi-objective optimization of quality control model of logistics cost and logistics time has been established. Based on the four logistics links, the main decision variables are order quantity, reorder point and reorder cycle. Then a linear weighting method has been used to standardize the model. And the genetic algorithm iterative solution programmed by Mat lab has been used. Finally a numerical example has verified the applicability and validity of the model.Then, from the prospective of logistics main bodies, the logistics quality problems between the logistics service subjects and commissioned enterprises have been studied. A revenue model of both sides has been established. To maximize the benefits of different subjects, the incentive coefficient, punishment coefficient have been identified to assure the logistics quality. Finally a numerical example to verify the practicability of the model has been taken.Finally, the main conclusions and the next issues to be studied have been summarized. |
