Psychological contract as the link between employee and enterprise bond effects on employee’s behavior and attitude factors.Based on the psychological contract theory, and the A electric car limited company at this stage of relationship between enterprise and staff’s present situation analysis, in the hope that the psychological contract theory, propose solutions, improve the enterprise’s human resource use efficiency, promote the enterprise overall strategy, improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, to achieve the win-win relationships with employees, and other related enterprises have certain reference significance.This article mainly includes three aspects:the first part elaborated the psychological contract theory and enterprise win-win relationship with employees of the related theory, as well as the psychological contract in the enterprises and employees to build win-win relationship application; the second part of the A electric car limited company and employee relations present situation, and some existing problems are analyzed based on the psychological contract, enterprises and employees to build win-win relationship between innovation are discussed; the third part of the application of the relevant theory of psychological contract, in particular from personnel of the introduction, salary system, staff training, incentives, corporate culture and other aspects, elaborated the A automobile electric appliance Limited company of relationship between enterprise and staff innovation measures.This article in view of psychological contract is applied to improve employee relation of innovative research, obtains some valuable operating results, namely around the human resource management of the entire process, in the introduction of human resources, training, compensation, occupation career building, performance appraisal and other aspects, the psychological contract theory used in these links and process, so as to improve the employees’ psychological satisfaction, enhance human resources management efficiency.
