As a kind of basic resource, coal plays a very important role in our economic development. We enjoy economic benefit from the development of the economy, in the meanwhile, coal disaster and accident from nature and anthropogenic bring a more severe challenge to us. Especially during recent years, there have been a lot of accidents in coal mine which brought heavy losses to society、enterprises and human life as well as property. Safety in coal mines is severe which we shouldn’t be optimistic at all, and furthermore, it caught a wide attention among government, society and enterprises. According to the conventional rescue experience and accident statistic analysis, less than10%of the instant fatality is caused by explode and collapse, for the most part is caused by running out of oxygen when there is explosion, Toxic and harmful gases and escape route which cause fatality directly. Underground coal mine emergency rescue system that is produced by company M in coal mine is designed to cope with this kind of situation. Company M is one of the earliest coal mine safety professional research institute and also the first enterprise that have research on underground coal mine emergency rescue system in our country. The system with high-tech and reliable quality enters the market earlier, it has just been showed up in the market and not accepted by most of coal mine enterprises, because the system is lack of effective means of marketing and inadequate marketing channels. Market share has not achieved the desired results. Base upon the actuality mentioned above, this article take M as the research object, combining with document survey method and In-depth investigation, Qualitative and quantitative research methods, and focusing on the systematic research for marketing strategy of underground coal mine emergency rescue system.This article takes analysis on the course of industrial product marketing the core content and is based on managing frame of marketing tactics analysis、selection、 implement and controlling. Firstly, we analyze the inside and outside environment of the under underground coal mine emergency rescue system of company M and there comes up a SWOT analysis of underground coal mine emergency rescue system. Secondly, we come up with the marketing destination after combining the conditions of demand of the domestic market with the SWOT analysis as well as finalizing the target market. And then we get the marketing tactics selection. We chose STP tactics、4Ps tactics, analyzed the marketing tactics whilst making marketing plans after combining company M and it’s reality for each tactics for underground coal mine emergency rescue system. At last, use institutional framework perfection enterprise culture tactics support resource allocation optimization, real-time dynamic control to draft a relatively intact marketing tactics implement and control system for emergency hedging system under coal mine for company M so as to make sure the marketing tactics is on going in the scheduled direction. The marketing tactics can help company M to improve operating performance and coal mine safety with the expansion of the scope of application. There will be a strong practical value.
